Three books I meant to read last year

It’s the twelfth day of #blogtober! Anniek & I teamed up to create thirty one blog prompts for October. It’s not too late to join, check out the prompts in my introductory post and give it a go!

Three books I meant to read last year

Where do I begin?! Looking at my shelves, there’s a lot more than three books on there that I was hoping to read last year. Let me know if you’ve read any of these three books!

Radio Silence by Alice Oseman

This book as well as I Was Born For This are definitely on my ‘read before the end of the year’ list. Whether I’ll manage to read them is another matter!

The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater

I bought the entire Raven Cycle series soon after starting my bookstagram.. I celebrated my bookstagram’s 3rd anniversary in July! It’s safe to say this series has been on my TBR for years!!

Scythe by Neal Shusterman

I saw this book was a very highly rated read so I bought a copy, then I acquired the sequel and now the third is about to be published before the end of the year! Is it bad to own a whole series when you haven’t even read the first?!

Which books are still waiting on your shelves to be read?

Bookishly yours,

  1. All 3 books are some of my absolute favorites! So you have some good ones to look forward to if ask me. I’ve been meaning to read The Remnant Chronicles by Mary E. Pearson for a very long time now but it always seems to be pushed back.

  2. I have so many. The Bone Witch and The Heart Forger were bought last year and I thought I’d read them, but then I found out The Shadowglass was coming out this year so I waited so I could read them all. Still haven’t read them. LOL
